Her strategy and management consulting clients have included Planned Parenthood Federation of America, The Legal Aid Society, Run for Something, and Supermajority. Her AI practice came later, built through Mindvalley's AI Mastery program and Noelle Russell's AI Leadership Institute, where she trained to build responsibly.
She is the founder of the AI Strategy and Adoption Lab and is building a portfolio of products designed to do what her work has always done: provoke thought that inspires action. One of them, a civic app, was named runner-up for Mindvalley's Impact Project of the Year.
At the AI Leadership Institute, she was named the first AI JEDI, a designation for builders who put justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion at the center of how AI gets made. For someone with more than a decade of equity and change work behind her, it is a natural evolution: the values came first, and now they have new tools. She holds an MBA and a B.A. in Speech and Public Communication from Brooklyn College.
